Investors pile back in . . . but be careful

A growing number of media reports suggest that property investors are piling back into the market after being sidelined by the GFC (global financial crisis) for so long.
According to the Australian Finance Group, loans to investors have surged by 44% since January 2009.
This renewed confidence in property investing is great, but as market activity builds, so will the 'hype'. Don't get caught up in it. Always remember that the market moves in cycles and you need to manage the risk of a down cycle.
