7 Day $7000 renovation adds massive value

Cobbys-200w

Like many Australians, Darren and Peta found themselves trapped in a cycle of working hard ... and not getting anywhere. Darren was sick of slogging his guts out working his dead end job.

Darren remembers, "After working a full day with the tip truck, I’d work half the night delivering domestic water, then come home and have two rum and cokes and a sleeping tablet to manage a few hours’ sleep, then get up to do it all again."

After attending their first Reno Kings workshop in Nov 2005 they both knew they had finally found a strategy that would work for them. Since that workshop they sold Darren's business and have purchased another 5 properties. Their portfolio is now valued at well over $3 million.

Darren is now a full time property investor/renovator ... and loving it.

Recent case study:
Darren and Peta Cobby purchased a house in a regional town late in 2006 for $164,500. A valuation after a 7 day, $7000 renovation came in at $300,000 ... an increase of around $128,500 ... a massive 75% increase.

"We arrived at the property, hauling our caravan full of tools and equipment – it also became our home and site office – on the Thursday, a week after settlement," says Peta, "and we left town with the reno done exactly one week later."

Breaking News: Darren and Peta Cobby have agreed to reveal all details of their latest 7 day $7000 renovation at the upcoming Secrets of Cosmetic Makeovers Workshop, Saturday 25 August 2007 in Brisbane.

Note: This is your last chance to attend this workshop for 2007.
